Head of Corporate Development

Clare manages Barnes IP operations and is a Mental Health First Aider. She’s also the company representative at IP Inclusive, helping promote equality, diversity and inclusion, along with encouraging girls to follow STEM careers.

Clare also manages recruitment and HR, and runs Barnes IP Training, delivering training courses to part-qualified patent attorneys working towards their professional exams. She is based out of our Windsor office.
